Nile Niami just had a big win with his quest to save his Bel Air Mega Mansion that he calls 'The One' with a last minute bankruptcy filing which has helped his home to avoid foreclosure (for now). We have covered this Nile Niami topic extensively here on my channel, and as many of you know a few months ago I actually flew out to LA and toured the mega mansion that he has famously named "The One." Known as the biggest house in the urban world, The One is 105,000 square feet and it has all of the amenities you could ever dream of including a 5,500 square foot master suite, 7 swimming pools, a night club, a movie theater, a hair salon, and a bowling alley. The One has been facing some financial troubles lately because Nile Niami stopped paying his loans to Hankey Capital and other lenders, which caused The One to fall into foreclosure. Well this week there have been some major updates from LA Times, Bloomberg, and others when they reported that the developer files for bankruptcy to block auction of The One.
