Russia has declared it is ready to release Ukrainian grain exports. But it has put the onus on Ukraine to solve the problem of resuming grain shipments by demining its ports. Mevlut Cavusoglu appeared to support lifting sanctions on Russia's exports in exchange. He called Moscow's demand "legitimate". Moscow has blockaded Ukraine's ports since the war began, preventing tonnes of grain from leaving.
