Thirty-fifth day into 365 day weight transformation!
Welcome back to day 3/365 of my weight loss transformation! Yesterday I took time to rest and it was much needed! In today’s daily bread I look at Hebrews 11:1-2. I listen to hear how I will apply this to my journey! Today I got 20,000 steps in. I’ve found that it is harder to get my heart rate in target range. I drank 2 gallons of water and kept my nutrition on point. I weighed in at 359. It’s not where I’d like to be, but with that said I think I need to start monitoring my measurements help keep track of my non scale changes. Thanks again for joining me!
