About the topic:
As healthcare professionals, we aim to constantly
improve care of our patients. During the process, we
sometimes experience burnout. This, in turn can
adversely affect our professional abilities.
The purpose of this webinar is to offer practical strategies
for the prevention and healing of burnout.
We hope that the pearls you will gain from this session
will help you personally as well as professionally to remain well and give the very best to the society.

About the faculty:
Ancy Lewis is a licensed clinical Social Worker. She is currently the assistant director of Field Education at Fordham university. She is also co-founder and President
of Velocity Visions Inc. a personal and professional
development company committed to providing
individuals, groups and organizations with the tools to
transformation through trainings and experiential
activities that promote self-care practices and prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.
Dr. Gitika Talwar is a Community Clinical Psychologist
in Seattle Washington. She earned her PhD in
Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore
County and her Masters in Social Psychology from
University of Mumbai.
She has a keen interest in helping the healthcare
professionals for dealing with professional burnout.
