New Residence Permit Laws In Germany 2023 / Update

The content of this video is to update you guys that the new residence permit laws for 2023 hat come into effect since on the 31st of December 2022.
The new law is called “opportunity Right of Residence 2023” and in German “ Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht 2023”
These are the new information besides my video on this topic last time.
-You have to be 5 years in German with a temporary permit before on the 31st of October 2022.
-Your identity must be cleared beyond reasonable doubts.
-You will be issued a residence permit for 18 months.
The rights for young girls and boys and young adults have been increased to the age of 27 years. Before it was to the age of 21 years.
The German laws can be confusing most times. It is therefore imperative that you have someone on your side who not only understands the law and the language but also understands English so as to better translate the laws for you.
