Police up patrols as troubles continue on new 6th Street bridge

Nicole Comstock reports from downtown LA, where police say they are stepping up patrols on the new 6th Street bridge. In the two weeks its been open, numerous street takeovers have been staged, as well as numerous other stunts that have made the rounds on social media.
