So, update from the Sparkle’s House…there is a SKUNK🦨 or SKUNKS 🦨 🦨 on the loose somewhere near our house. It’s been spraying itS nasty perfume all over the place every night for about a week and I’m pretty sure I’ve died at least twice from sleeping with my face buried in my pillow to try to breathe ANYTHING but that awful smell!!!
So last night, I came upstairs from cleaning up my earlier filming mess and the smell smacked me right in the face again! I asked Mr. Sparkle if he accidentally let one in the house instead of the dog 🐶 because the smell was that strong. He wanted to laugh but couldnt because no one could breathe at that moment. I then had to run out to my car in the driveway….in the dark….unsure of where those little buggers were hiding!!! I sprinted to the car, opened up my door and IT WAS WORSE THAN THE HOUSE!!! Freaking things must have sprayed in the immediate vicinity of my vehicle….and there I stood….helpless against their imminent attacks.
At that precise moment, I heard something moving in the bushes about 6 feet from my car. I didn’t take time to investigate & I likely would have won an Olympic Gold Medal for how fast I sprinted through the yard and into the house. Not today, ya little Stinky Spray Creepers!!!!
Have you ever (God forbid) been sprayed?!? Our dog was sprayed once when I was a kid & I swear he smelled FOREVER no matter what we tried!!! That stuff lingers well past its welcome!!!! 😝
