As the war rages in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin is observing the anniversary of Russia's defeat over Nazi Germany. There has been a great deal of speculation about what he might say, given that the war in Ukraine is not going as hoped, and there are no major victories for him to celebrate.
