Yesterday, Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian leader Zelenskiy, announced Ukraine's final decision on the ceasefire. Podolyak, who is also Ukraine's chief negotiator, had said that they had not agreed to the ceasefire, saying that Russia would respond more harshly after any interruption in the fighting.
