సాగుచట్టాలను ఉపసంహరించుకున్న కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం.... కనీస మద్దతుధరపై చట్టంచేయాలని భారతీయ కిసాన్ యూనియన్ నేత రాకేష్ టికాయత్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఈ పార్లమెంట్ శీతాకాల సమావేశాల్లో ప్రభుత్వం తమవైఖరిని మార్చుకుని... MSPపై చట్టం తీసుకురావాలని... ఆయన ముంబయిలో కోరారు. కేంద్రం MSPపై చట్టంచేయని పక్షంలో జనవరి 26న... 4 లక్షల ట్రాక్టర్లు, రైతులతో భారీఎత్తున ర్యాలీ నిర్వహిస్తామని రాకేష్ టికాయత్ హెచ్చరించారు.
