PM Modi's convoy spotted passing without road closure or VVIP restrictions in capital Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's convoy ( motorcade ) was seen in capital New Delhi this morning passing through the national capital without road closure or VIP security restrictions. The Prime Minister's convoy also stopped at Red signals. It was an early morning time and the Prime Minister had left his official residence 7 Lok Kalyan Marg to reach airport to further travel to Naushera in Jammu & Kashmir where he spent Diwali with Army men in forward area near Line of Control with Pakistan.
