Located in Snellville Georgia. This pulmonary rehabilitation center, a chapter member of the Georgia Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation is envisioned and established on the premise that all individuals should be afforded quality, optimal health care without consideration of financial affordability, race, ethnic background, or social status. We strive to reach multi-populations within the surrounding communities and provide pulmonary rehabilitation to the under-served.
