The result will leave everyone speechless!INGREDIENTS

100g chocolate chips;

20g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder;

2 tbsp hot water;

250ml (1 1/4 cups) milk

200ml (1 cup) heavy cream;

30g sugar;

50g (1/4 cup) condensed milk;

10g gelatine;

40ml water;

Cocoa powder.

METHOD



In a bowl mix together cocoa powder and hot milk.

In another little bowl add gelatine and 40 ml water, microwave it.

In a pan add milk, heavy cream, sugar, and condensed milk. Mix well and just before boiling add cocoa mixture, chocolate chips, and gelatine mixture. Strain it and pour it into the silicone mould.

Refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
