a decade ago, astronomers thought that the milky way is the centre of the universe and solar system is the only system of planets in the universe but Today we know that the milky way is not alone. milky way is just a part of local group of galaxies and there are more massive galaxies around 1 trillion. every galaxy contain billions of stars and every stars has at least one planet. now we know their are more planet in the universe than there are sands of grain on earth. their are thousands of planets discovered that have same conditions as like earth for supporting life. now we know that the universe is expanding and trillions of planets are discovered and who knows what lies on those planets? we can't say surely that life beyond the earth exists but we hope that because we discovered earth like planets. there might be life beyond the earth and may there are now observing earth and saying that are we alone?? 🤔🤔
