As I observe lots of projects are going through Vacant Possession right now where some new owners/investors will collect the keys for the first time. Therefore, this vlog is to somewhat breakdown the considerations, strategies, and thinking processes before every decision based on the budget you have.

It would be rather direct if you're gonna use the property as a home. But if you're an investor, there are just a lot of things to consider from tenant profile, budget, design, speed to market, mode of renovation and etc.
