
Start doing this for a BIGGER CHEST

If you want a fuller chest, start doing 2-3 sets of high low flys for the lower chest as well as 2-3 more sets of low to high flys for the upper chest. I do these after incline press and shoulder press, and it's a great way to finish off the chest after my heavy pressing movements.
