Roll it up then press! It' super EASY! It's my family's favorite and I make it every week!
Ingredients
* 3g (1 tsp) Instant Yeast
* 190g (0.8 cup) Lukewarm Milk
* 13g (1 tbsp.) Caster Sugar
* 300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour
* 22g (1.5 tbsp.) Melted unsalted butter
* 5g (1 tsp) Caster Sugar
* 3g (1 tsp) All-purpose flour
Important tips:
1. Because the water absorption of flour is different, the amount of milk can be adjusted appropriately. I use 190 gram of whole milk. If you use reduced fat 2% or fat free, please reduce some milk. This is a medium soft Dough.
2. If there is no butter at home, you can use other cooking oil
3. The best fermentation temperature is about 30-35°C . If the room temperature at home is low, you can put it in the oven for proofing.
4. Pot with cold water, steam for 12 minutes after the water is boiled, turn off the heat, then simmer for about 5 minutes before removing the lid.
