Genshin 2.3 Leaks are looking kinda Wacky

I have some other issues with some of the 2.3 content, but this one stood out to me most

I mean sure Albedo will be broken once 2.3 rolls around but am I the only one noticing just how garbage the new event sword is on literally anyone except albedo. Even windblume ode was a budget stringless that was at least useable on some other characters.
