In this video, Chandler David Smith buys the Stradman’s Baja Edition Shelby Raptor…. Not really, but one of his top sales reps does!
At only age 24, Ryan Myers (Instagram: @ryanwilliammyers) will pay for the purchase in today’s video completely from the cashflow from his rental units! Ryan has been working for Chandler for 6 years selling pest control, and currently owns 9 rental units.
Chandler David Smith has been investing in real estate for the last 8 years and owns over 120 units of rental real estate. He teaches his sales reps to invest their money into real estate, to fund their hobbies.
In recent months, Chandler David Smith bought a C8 Corvette and a Ferrari 458 Spider from the Stradman. A few weeks ago the Stradman bought back the Ferrari 458 spider. And today, Chandler got to see one of his sales reps purchase the Baja Shelby Raptor from the Stradman.
