testing and proof armor regen doesn't compare to repair and incoming repair, and rainbow rolls are good. this build basically gives you the feelings of using the Meta with a Ridgeway build and old school bezerk clutch and having efficient all in 1.
remember the goal is to have 2 skill tiers, repair skills on as many pieces as possible, and mod slots to put incoming repairs as you need/feel comfortable with.
