Television in the 1970s: Commercials & Events (Adorn Hairspray)

We are nearing the end of the line of our summer 2021 retrospective of television commercials and events of the 1970s. We had a nice time doing this tribute this past summer, even though we had no plan of what we would do when we started in June. It sort of came together as we went along and by mid July we had a 'plan' of what we were trying to say and how.

We love this particular commercial from Adorn... the look of, and clothing on, the ladies is spectacular and of that time. A nice visual of that time. We thought it would be a good way to wrap things up for this summer.

The fall season is nearly upon us, and that means time to make way for our fall team, as we do at this time each year. We'll be back around the holiday season in December, and then will return for next summer 2022.

Until then, we thank you all for hanging in there with us this past summer as we tried to better understand the 1970s. One final summer video coming up tomorrow to help up wrap things up.
