Learning Yoruba Is Hard!
Published at : September 13, 2021
In this video, Ava and Alexis sit down with their grandmother, Nana, to learn Yoruba and more about their Nigerian culture. Yoruba is the language that Nana spoke growing up in Nigeria. Learning Yoruba is hard but the girls have been practicing. Nana explains to the girls why learning about Nigerian culture is important, and she also shares some of her experiences from Nigeria. Ava and Alexis hope to visit Nigeria soon. With Nana's help, they will be able to have conversations in Yoruba with the other tribe members.
