Jolidee Matongo remembered as an outstanding talent and visionary leader

President Cyril Ramaphosa says the late Joburg Mayor Jolidee Matongo was an outstanding talent and visionary leader. Ramaphosa was speaking outside the Matongo family home. The Joburg Mayor died in a car crash on Saturday night after spending the day campaigning with President Ramaphosa in Soweto.
He will be buried today.
