Ingredients:
Rava/Sooji - 1/2 Cup
Cooking Oil/Ghee/Clarified Butter - 2 Tbsp
Black Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Onion/Pyaz - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Kari Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Sukhi Lal Mirch - 2
Tamatar/Tomato - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Red bell Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Green Capsicum/Shimla Mirch - 1 Tsp
Green Peas / Hare Matar k dane - 1/2 Cup
Palak Leaves / Spinach- Finely Chopped
Corn Kernels / Sweet corn - 1/2 Cup
Haldi / Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Mirch Powder - Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Note : You can add more vegetables of your choice like Carrot (Gajar) , Beans and Gobhi (Cauliflower)
