A latest study shows that people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 carry the same amount of the Delta strain of the virus, after being infected, as those who have not received their jabs.
New research conducted by Oxford University has found that the Delta variant,... which is fueling the latest global spread of COVID-19,... wipes out any viral load reduction.
Previous studies have shown that vaccinated people who contracted the Alpha variant had a far lower viral load than the unvaccinated.
Nevertheless, researchers highlighted that receiving two shots is still protective,... as fully-jabbed individuals may recover from the virus quicker.
